What is your refund policy for digital services and Klarna payments?
We provide professional, personalised digital services, including résumé writing and career strategy, which are tailored to each client.Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase unless you have requested that work begins immediately and acknowledged that this may waive your statutory right to cancel.If you request cancellation within 14 days and substantive work has not yet begun, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.Once substantive work has commenced, refunds are not typically available.
