OUR PROCESS

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ONCE YOU PURCHASE A RESUME:

STEP 1 - QUESTIONNAIRE

We’ll send you a questionnaire to gather basic information such as your contact information, education, and work history.

Alternatively, you can send us a copy of your old resume.

This step lets us maximize our time during your initial consultation to make sure it has a strategic focus.

STEP 2 - INITIAL CONSULTATION

We want to learn more about you before we get to work.

During our 30-minute phone or Skype call, we'll review your questionnaire and get a sense of what you are seeking in your next career move.

Our conversation helps us craft a resume that provides an accurate reflection of your background, achievements, and fit for your desired role.

STEP 3 - DRAFTS

We'll tailor your resume to highlight the unique skills and experiences that demonstrate your fit and qualifications for the job.

Turnaround Time: You'll receive your draft within 48 hours of completing your initial consultation and submitting all the information we need.

If you need a quicker turnaround and next day consultation, please add Rush Service to your order.

Revisions: Your package includes 14 days of unlimited revisions so we can work out any final kinks.

STEP 4 - TAKE OFF

Once you're happy with your resume, we'll send over the final version, and your career search will be ready for take off!

We'll also send you a few interview pointers to make sure you crush it once you get your foot in the door.

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

Whether you're applying for your first job out of college, looking to switch industries, or getting back into the workforce after some time off, we're here to help.

Research from The Ladders shows that recruiters spend an average of just six seconds looking at a resume.

Given that a corporate job posting gets 250 applications on average, this statistic makes sense.

Still, just 4-6 of those applications are offered an interview, and only 1 gets the job, according to Inc. Magazine.

While working in corporate jobs, we saw resumes thrown into the no pile instantly for things like:

• misplaced punctuation
• unprofessional design
• inconsistent structure in bullet points
• listing irrelevant information

We take our jobs seriously and will help you avoid such pitfalls: we consider ourselves Gods of Grammar, Priests of Punctuation, and Tyrants Against Typos.

The job search process can be stressful enough.

We're a fun bunch to work with and promise to do everything we can to present you in the best possible light and help you land your dream job.

Thanks for considering us. Please don't hesitate to drop us a note if you have any questions.

Best,
Matt Glodz
